E Learning Week VIII Summary

It is always seems impossible until it is done.
But we did it together up to today. That is unbelievable and I am really satisfied with all the tasks that we had done. Even though I am not the best participant in the class, I still can follow.That is my pleasure now I know about the followings:

E Learning Week VII Summary

This week is all about Learner Autonomy. A discussion and a Padlet.

This week discussion is learner autonomy with one computer classroom and mobile devices. Each of us need to find out an idea to encourage greater autonomy in students by considering with given resources. The links ( see in the list below) are so useful.

The new tool for this week is Padlet. It is like a wall for sharing of wishes. Each students can post their idea or thinking to Padlet so that the teacher can overview their thoughts and adjust the teaching way.

The last task is to find a partner for peer review. I cannot still find a partner yet. That's my bad. I will be waiting for my instructor to assign a partner for me.It is also interesting task.

E Learning Week VI Summary

This is one week over mid term.
In this week, we have to find out a way how to engage students in a large class and how PowerPoint can be used in the class. This week is full of thinking, data collecting and creating.

As everyone knows that engaging a lot of students is not easy. My way is to make them exciting with some activities by moving and changing so that they got a chance to meet strange friends, new place, change style. As a group leader is chosen randomly, everyone can be a leader if so they can not hide always and must prepare for the project task.

Good PPT persentation is needed for teachers who teach the students of large class. It saves time, energy and can catch the point easily. Begin to Implement the Technology



Last Week, my students had the activities to pick up the topic to make a conversation from

would like to implement the technology I use for my students. 

About Students, Setting and Schedule

Students        40 Students of Grade IX,X and XI ( 8 students in 5 groups )
Setting          Each student sit on chair with the table attached in a hall type room ( 5 Rows * 8 Columns ).
Schedule      Total Duration 90 min
Lecture (30 min), Break (5 min), Activities (20 min), Break (5 min), Presentation    (5 min for each group).

Technology implementation to my class 

1.      Find the topic and collect the data about “Traditional Festivals of Myanmar” to make conversation on different websites.
2.      Put the data into group Google Docs
3.      Submit a final topic in group blog
4.      Group leader make a presentation about the topic in front of the class with PPT.
5.      Questions from other groups
6.      Give grading to each group with Rubrics (created by teacher) by students

E Learning Week V Summary



The midterm Week V is really full of difficulties and I got three unknown words – PBL, Rubrics, Web Quest.

PBL means Project Based Learning which is a kind of learning in the base of project created by students. It can lead to students centered learning and can effectively motivate them.

A rubric is an evaluation process in which students can clearly see the categories and its

grading so that they know the points how to make project excellence. You can create your

E Learning Week IV Summary



As far as I learned from Week I to IV,

1.      We had created our own blog, links on delicious and Google Docs. These are the new experiences which I had never done before. Before I finish these tasks, I am a little bit worried that I can create it or not. After following the instructions and done successfully that it is said, I can be added one more self-confidence myself that I can do it.

2.      We surfed and visited a lot of websites for oral, writing, reading and vocabulary and read lots of references to make a discussion post. I found out some websites are so valuable and useful.

3.      In the same time, we are building our project task and describe the issue by learning the others’ projects which had been done before. And also ABCD objective is a plus advantage for every time I teach my students, I set up objective first. It is simple but gives me an efficient and effective way to me and my guys.

I feel that I am improving step by step and can follow up for the lessons in each week are linked each other. And I know the way how to put technology in teaching process. By sharing knowledge to my students, I am getting more realize what the lessons are design for. Thanks so much.
